Transportation Administrator



Responsibilities:
  • Processing Delivery Notes (DN), Invoices received in every delivery process.
  • Reporting driver’s delivery report, including DN, Invoices, temperature check and other related documents during delivery process
  • Regular monitoring on transport tools / equipment used during delivery
  • GPS monitoring and follow up in case is needed 
  • Control staffs' safety equipments (back support, safety shoes, uniforms, etc)
  • Manage and control transport expense for each delivery (delivery cost, gasoline fee, etc)
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU, Diploma, any field.
  • Required skill(s): Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel.
  • Candidate must possess sound knowledge about logistics and warehousing process
  • Good knowledge of administration process, including book keeping, document verification and records
  • Hard worker and able to work under tight deadlines and pressure
  • Trustworthy and willing to learn
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta Timur.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in similar positions
  • Full-Time positions available.
