Account Manager
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Minimum 2-3 years of direct sales in IT Solution company
- Good understanding in ERP (SAP) solution and Support & Maintenance will be advanced.
- Able to work independently & effectively as a team.
- Able to think creatively and work under pressured
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relation skill, strategic selling and presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively with people from all levels.
- Pleasant disposition, meticulous, independent, able to work within team and willing to work after hours when need arises.
- Good ability in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Responsible for direct sales of enterprise wide SAP solutions.
- Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development.
- Carries an annual sales quota with quarterly revenue objectives
- Managing the complete SAP sales process including :
- Vigorously prospecting
- Understanding market space and growth challenges
- Presenting SAP solutions to all levels of prospect organization
- Drive Pre-Sales activities to close leads
- Leading business term and contract negotiations
- Closing large and complex relationships – including royalties, services & maintenance
- Build and manages strong pipeline
