We are a Furniture and Interior Retailer has been established in Multinational as a Home
Living Products Company seeking highly qualified and motivated professionals to participate in our success for the following positions as :

Admin PPC
  • Do administrative works in related with production planning request
  • Read BOM and translate it to PPM (for raw material request)
  • Update production list deadline and support Spv PPIC on follow up vendors to meet deadlines
  • Manage raw material distribution to each vendors
  • Update production list at site for each vendors
  • Communicate with other division related to production progress
  • Preferably Female age between 27 - 38 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a SMU or Diploma in Engineering (Industrial), Agriculture/Aquaculture/Forestry, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Library Management, Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
  • Excellent operating Ms.Word,Excel,Access
  • Preferred skill(s): Ms.Power Point and Internet
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in Furniture Company is required for this position.
  • Having knowledge Process production administrative such BOM (Bill Of Material)
  • Assist in various of administrative work
  • Good in scheduling, arranging and administration skill, able to priorities workloads and meet deadlines
  • High-level oriented but great detail-awareness
  • Able to work under stress and minimum supevision, Discipline, fast pace and Neat
  • Have Strong leadership, strong analytical thinking, and good problem solving skill
  • Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent. Job role in Administrative Executive or Data Entry Personnel.
