Call Center Agent

Responsibilities: 

Responsible to answer phones to respond the orders, general customer inquiries, invoice questions, and customer complaints. Project a professional company image through phone interaction.
 
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
  • At least 1 years experience in call center or customer services in life insurance area.
  • Heve professional certifications such as AAMAI, LOMA is an advantage.
  • Have ability to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing, and high initiative.
