Helpdesk Staf (JS-HD)
Requirements:
- Female, age 20 – 25 years old.
- Min. D3/S1 from reputable university with min. GPA 3.00
- Extensive knowledge on IT Business
- Responsible in handling customers
- Have a good conversation manner on the phone
- Write and speak English fluently
- Creative, highly motivated and able to meet deadlines
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to work in Jakarta Area
