HR & GA Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible to recruitment, training, industrial relationship, General Affair, Personal Admin, payroll, Customer Service, and other matters to support store operation.

Requirements:

• Male / Female, maximum 28 years old
• Height: Male minimum 168 cm, Female minimum 158 cm, with proportional weight
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology / Human Resource / Law from reputable University (GPA ≥ 2,75)
• Experience in recruitment, training, industrial relationship, General Affair, Personal Admin, and payroll would be an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Good appearance, strong analytical & leadership potential with exceptional interpersonal skill
• Good in English and computer literate
• Not colour blind
• Willing to work in shift and to be placed in Tangerang, Jakarta Barat, and Jakarta Utara
