HRD Supervisor
Requirements:
- Female, maximum 33 years
- Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology
- Minimum GPA.2.75
- Minimum 1 Years of relevant experience in retail Company preferable
- Able to use Psychological tool test
- Understand Indonesian Labor Laws & Regulation, Industrial Relation, including Recruitment, Hiring, Counseling.
- Dapat membangun sistem kerja, SOP dan implementasinya
- Computer literacy is a must
- Dynamic, Result oriented, Mature and Committed finish the task
- Good personality, team work compatible, good self motivation & ready to work hard with certain pressure
- Attention to detail, loyal, and self driven with a sense of belonging and commitment
- Have a strong personality, leadership, and also good analytical skill
