in Sumatra (West Sumatra, Jambi and Riau). ln addition to that, our
other business interest varies from coal mining,commodities trading,
real estate and etc.
Legal Manager
Responsibilities:
- Draft,review, and provide advice contracts, policies, and related form of agreements in order to support company business activities.
- Representing or managing the presentation of the company in legal proceedings.
- Provide analysis and advise on all legal documents and policies.
- Advising the company's procurement department to ensure in compliance with regulations and fulfill company requirements.
- Provide advice on labor relations and employee contracts, take role in industrial dispute settlement and business ethic issues.
- Provide legal opinions in order to support company business.
- Anticipate and guard againts legal risk facing the company.
- Develop and recommend company polici & procedural improvements.
- Keep the company up to date on new business laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor degree with min. GPA 3.00
- Minimum 3 years experiences in the law firm
- Familiar with IPO and M&A
- Familiar with goverment regulations for plantation and mining
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, Mandarin is an advantage.
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
- Must have strong leadership, has significant experience in managing and leading people
- Male/Female, maximum age 35 years
- Available to be stationed in Jakarta
