Production Data Checking Associate
Responsibilities:
- Daily monitoring of all production, finance and marketing reports for timeliness, quality and completeness, etc.
- Providing support according to expected targets. Developing and driving plans to improve support if objectives are not met.
- Preparing progress reports on projects, and conducting data analysis for future improvements.
- Assuring the integrity of production data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis.
- Identifying incorrect data and incorrect input methods.
- Collecting and collating appropriate data for use in databases, and conducting related research.
- Monitoring and maintaining the quality of database systems.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate – 1 year working experience.
- D3 / Advanced Diploma, preferably in Accounting.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
- Ability to show initiative, good judgment, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work with numbers.
- Analytical mind which is able to process information logically.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware and software and ability to learn about new software.
- Very good teamwork.
- Good oral and written English skills.
- Experience in operating management is desirable.
