- Receive, direct/ relay incoming calls and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required
- Direct all guests to the appropriate staff member
- Notify employees in regards of delivery service, package, parcel and mail arrivals
- Record all information related with General Affair things and then report it to HR Dept.
- Assist in the scheduling of meeting rooms
- Able to perform other related duties as required by the management
- Preferably woman with good looking and pleasant personality
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma-3 Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial
- Having at least Diploma-3 Degree from any major
- Fast-paced, accurate, and computer literate
- Honest, trustworthy, respectful, and flexible
- Possess cultural awareness and sensitivity
- Having effective verbal and listening communication skills in English
