Receptionist
Responsibilities:
- Handle reservation
- Handle Guest Management dan doing Sequence of Service
- Promoting the place with business card, product and place knowledge
- Provide the guest with the guest comment card and ensuring the follow up of the comment
- Identify & meet customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services, or information.
Requirements:
- Female
- 20 – 30 Years Old
- Good Looking and can maintain personal grooming
- Height Minimum 165 cm
- Strong in English
- Can handle reservation and guest management
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
