Responsibilities:
- Issue employment contracts for new retail team members
- Send employment paperwork to Payroll dept in regional office
- Handle pay queries from retail team
- Coordinate of induction for new team members
- Provide HR advice to managers on employment and performance related issues
Requirements:
- Diploma - BACHELOR DEGREE
- Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
- Initiative - to identify opportunities in our new business and be able to provide solutions
- Detail - enjoys working with details to understand how the business operates
