Responsibilities:
  • Issue employment contracts for new retail team members
  • Send employment paperwork to Payroll dept in regional office
  • Handle pay queries from retail team
  • Coordinate of induction for new team members
  • Provide HR advice to managers on employment and performance related issues
Requirements:
  • Diploma - BACHELOR DEGREE
  • Proficiency in written & spoken English and Mandarin
  • Initiative - to identify opportunities in our new business and be able to provide solutions
  • Detail - enjoys working with details to understand how the business operates
