Call Center Agent (Urgently Required)
Responsibilities:
- Generate consistent sales and profit growth
- Provide performance analytics, identification of market trends
- Drive the continuous innovation and optimization for marketing strategy
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (At least conversational English)
- Can work as a team and independently
- Very ambitious and hungry for success
- The ability to build effective and good rapport relationships
- Understands Malay and Mandarin dialect will be advantage
- Experience working in Malaysia is an advantage
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
