HR Admin Assistant

Responsibilities:
  • Doing HR administrative support on day-to-day basis
  • Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records
  • Providing data and preparing management information reports and documents
  • Have knowledge and experience with payroll administration
  • Maintaining and developing the filling system of personnel
  • Maintenance of department data records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality
  • Assist in maintaining personnel documents and day to day HR Administration
  • Assist in monthly payroll administration such as: checking employee's timesheet, overtime, attendance management, contract agreement, employee's reimbursement, Jamsostek, Medical Insurance, Business Trip Administration, etc.
Requirements:
  • Male or Female
  • Diploma/Bachelor Degree from Business and Office Administration or Management background preferred
  • Have 1 - 2 years experience in HR administration work, fresh graduate is welcome to apply
  • GPA min 3.00 (scale 4)
  • Interest with administrative works and doing routine activities
  • Active in organizational or any extracurricular activities at his/her campus
  • Excellent computer skills, especially in MS Office (Excel and Word)
  • Excellent communication skill in English both oral and written
  • Team work, discipline, self motivated, initiative, good analytical thinking and fast learner 1Demonstrate good command in both written and spoken English
  • Dynamic, able to work independently and in team even under pressure and flexible hours
