IT Support
Responsibilities:
  • Responsibility to Monitor all user PC, LAN and IT stuff prepare, resolve and trouble shooting when client have problem.
  • Check and monitoring local server make sure all running. UAT test for new product / service.
  • Maintain server and client PC so they can perform well.
  • Monitoring bandwidth local and public trafic in order to boost performance of working.
  • Give troubleshooting to any error of PC so all employees found no difficulties in performing their task.
  • Monitoring sms server production traffic.
  • Transferring data (ftp) from client to server.
  • Performing back up data.
  • Maintaining and deploy LAN/WAN, monitoring firewall and preparing PC/Laptop of all user.
Requirements:
  • Held bachelor degree (S1) majoring in Information Technology or relevant major of education with minimum GPA 3,00.
  • Good understanding about Linux and global understanding of network system (e.g. firewall, proxy, routing, etc).
  • Eager to learn new things.
  • Good interpersonal skill.
