Responsibilities:
- Answer all incoming calls for user
- Analyze, reproduce and resolve technical problems
- Document, replicate and escalate bugs & malfunctions
- Test new builds and releases
- Working on different projects as the need arises
- The primary goal is to deliver first class support services to DNK users
- Support services are delivered to customers through telephone, chat,e-mail and web forum
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, any field.
- Male or Female, Maximum age 35 years old
- Experienced in handling customers will be an advantage. (any kind of call center)
- Experience working at a technical help desk and have good customer skills
- Willing to work by shift
- Multilingual English/Indonesian a plus
- Good interpersonal skill and proactive
- Thorough, well organized work habits
- Ability to work under pressure/handle multiple tasks
- Excellent oral and written communication and administration skill
- Must enjoy working with people and alongside colleagues
- Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
