Customer Service
Responsibilities:
- Responding to Customer’s questions about the company’s products
- Helping Customer whenever problems arise and difficulties are faced
- Handling Customer complain
- Inputting and maintaining database in appropriate manner and good speed
- Maintain and improve database on online social media, such as Facebook and Twitter
Requirements:
- Female, Graduate on SMEA or diploma with relevant major, 28 years old max
- At least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service
- Familiar with computers, especially in Microsoft Office Application
- Familiar with IT and internet, able to navigate through pages in websites and internet
- Readily Available!!!
