OPD and SOP Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Role as Organizational Development and Training
- Assists in Organizational Development Activities such as Job Analysis and Job Evaluation based on competency, to ensure organization effectiveness
- To conduct TNA
- To plan, develop and evaluate training
- Analyze and give recommendation on Centralized HR Services & Operations process improvement
- To build procedures or revise existing procedures according to analysis result
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Resources Management
- At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor specializing in Training and Organizational Development or SOP Specialist
- Experienced in ISO would be an advantage
