Operation Control Officer
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile accounts with high risk and medium risk priority
- Investigate any outstanding items on reconciliation results
- Investigate customer claims related to ATM reconciliations and Bill Payment
- Maintain customer claim outstanding items and ensure the settlement has been done properly
- Provide reconciliation and monitoring reports
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree Majoring in Accounting, Banking or Finance from reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 1 year in banking operation experience, especially in Operation Control
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
- Having good knowledge of banking reconciliation, especially in ATM reconciliation
- Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details
- Having good communication and interpersonal skill
- Having experience in organization that requires team work
- PC literate and Proficiency in written and spoken English
