Project Sales (Code : PS)

Responsibilities:
  • Find and identify new sales leads
  • Manage existing customers or new customers to create business opportunities, with KPI ( Key Performance Index ) :
    • Revenue
    • Repetition ( min 2 project close / won)
    • Issue ( Potential and Non Potential Customer) and must to know your competitor strength
  • Establish business relationship with customers and partners to capture business value
    • Manage & Arrange sales / technical training
  • Responsible in submitting Business Proposal and Quotations
  • Managing project opportunities : follow up, closing projects, post-sales/project management ( coordinate with BM )
  • Prepare and submitting Sales Contract (work with BM)
  • Reporting sales activities and business pipelines to Sales Manager/Business Manager
  • Work with Sales Admin on material delivery and invoicing process
  • Work with Finance in follow up payment issues
