Receptionist & Admin. Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Receive and screen incoming calls professionally and direct appropriately to intended, including answering inquiries and obtain information for customer and visitors in a proper and efficient manner
  • Receive and distribute all incoming mail and couriers
  • Arrange and confirm appointments with clients
  • Explain basic product knowledge to walk-in customers and screening them in order for the sales engineer to follow up
Requirements:
  • Maximum age: 28 years old
  • Academic background in Administration
  • Pleasant appearance, humble and loves to smile
  • Fluent in interacting with people / Strong interpersonal skill
  • Familiar with computer software (Min. Ms. Office)
