Technical Support Staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical guidance and assistance, support and advice to their clients or customers
- Responding and replying telephone calls, analyzing problems and resolving
- Responsible for designing, installing, and managing an organization's LAN, WAN, Internet or intranet system
- Resolve customer IT and communications problems
- Responsibility for completing reports on time with proper priorities being assigned to each task.
- Supervise the Technical Support department and direct their daily activities
Requirements:
- Male, Max. 28 years old
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, System Information, Computer Engineering, and similar.
- Minimum 2 years of similar experience
- Able to troubleshoot any hardware / software
- Able to troubleshoot computer network and wireless, xDSL network LAN adv, server, routers, Mikrotik, Windows & Unix ( Linux/BSD) adv
- Working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
- Willing to work overtime and under pressure
- Have very good oral and written communications skills
- Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
- Skilled to manage people
- Have work experience in ISP (preferred)
- Excellent English (spoken and written) are preferred
- Willing to be located in Kalideres, Jakarta Barat
