Technical Support Staff

Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical guidance and assistance, support and advice to their clients or customers
  • Responding and replying telephone calls, analyzing problems and resolving
  • Responsible for designing, installing, and managing an organization's LAN, WAN, Internet or intranet system
  • Resolve customer IT and communications problems
  • Responsibility for completing reports on time with proper priorities being assigned to each task.
  • Supervise the Technical Support department and direct their daily activities
Requirements:
  • Male, Max. 28 years old
  • Diploma / Bachelor Degree of Information Technology, System Information, Computer Engineering, and similar.
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience
  • Able to troubleshoot any hardware / software
  • Able to troubleshoot computer network and wireless, xDSL network LAN adv, server, routers, Mikrotik, Windows & Unix ( Linux/BSD) adv
  • Working knowledge of TCP-IP, Networking, applications software, computer and network hardware and software
  • Willing to work overtime and under pressure
  • Have very good oral and written communications skills
  • Must be self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage priorities effectively
  • Skilled to manage people
  • Have work experience in ISP (preferred)
  • Excellent English (spoken and written) are preferred
  • Willing to be located in Kalideres, Jakarta Barat
