Telemarketer is a the very front of our business and EF English First
Indonesia is now looking for Telemarketing Agents to lead our team in
Jakarta as we grow and expand our student base. We have a very exciting
year ahead of us, and for the right candidate, the career opportunities
are virtually limitless.
Telemarketing Agent
Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customer by telephone in order to schedule appointments with oursales representatives.
- Deliver prepared sales talks, refer to ascript that describe a product, in order to persuade potential customers to show-up on their scheduled appointment.
- Record additional information about prospective customers and enter them into computer.
- Maintain records of contacts; update them with fresh information gathered during the telephone conversations.
- Conduct client or market surveys in order to obtain information about potential customers.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate is welcome.
- Minimum D3 / Advanced Diploma.
- Computer literate.
- Outgoing personality with strong people skill.
- Self driven and persistant.
- Willingness to adhere to all principles of confidentiality.
- Telemarketing/sales experience is a plus.
- English proficiency is bonus.
