Customer Service Executive
 
Responsibilities:

Main missions
Responsible for the following;
  • Functional CRM training and daily first-level support interaction in Asia region
  • Support in regional projects or campaigns by working closely with marketing and sales teams in Asia region across different countries and different business units
Specific Responsibilities
  • Conduct CRM application and process training to new sales & marketing employees in Asia or refresh sessions to existing employee with new functions or processes
  • Provide daily functional support to Asia CRM users or being the first level support contact interfacing CRM central support team
  • Coordinate on internal campaign cum contests for CRM contacts & marketing automation improvements
  • Provide internal support to different survey activities in Asia: annual ‘Tell Me’ interviews, end user survey
  • Assist in facilitating Tell Me action plan progress and status reporting on monthly basis and quarterly dashboard preparation
  • Assist in organizing trainings in Asia on “value proposition” and “customer relationship practices”
  • Assist in preparing measurements report, status tracking and expediting  for relevant  marketing projects initiated with each sales area in Asia region scope
     
Requirements:

Education:
  • Diploma or Degree; major in business administration or marketing preferred
Competencies:

Technical skills:
  • Business: awareness on basic sales & marketing processes
  • English, Chinese as 2nd also preferred due to interaction with China, Taiwan and translation needs
  • Computer Skill: good at MS office tools of Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • Project Skills: facilitation and analysis
